Dental disorders such as tooth agenesis and oligodontia affect the development and number of teeth, where individual teeth are missing or never formed. Amelogenesis imperfecta (AI) is a genetic disorder that affects the formation of tooth enamel, leading to abnormal tooth structure and color.

If the suspected diagnosis or indication is not listed here, or if it involves a complex syndromic clinical picture, it is possible to request exome sequencing based on phenotypic characteristics.
